The design approach aimed to develop a language that balances sophistication and charm with extravagance and strength — reflecting the inspiration of the Croatian coast and the philosophy behind the brand, with the dragonfly as its signature element.

As a luxury brand, Éveilleur places strong emphasis on product quality, unboxing experience, and precision in every detail. These principles informed both the design system and the manufacturing process, guiding decisions from concept development to final production.

The e-commerce experience was designed as an immersive extension of the brand — blending storytelling with function to translate Éveilleur’s aesthetic into a refined, editorial-style online journey.

Design a signature cap and cohesive packaging system that translates the brand’s emotional narrative "Lightness of being" . Aesthetically defined by the balance of joy and sophistication.

DIGITAL OBJECTIVE
Design an e-commerce platform that brings the Éveìlleur universe to life.

THE OBJECTIVE

Éveìlleur is a Croatian niche fragrance brand founded in 2022 by Dajana Jukić, driven by a clear and confident vision.

The first collection — the perfume triptych DSCVR ME! / I AM / NOT INNOCENT — was created in collaboration with master perfumers Olivier Cresp and Nathalie Lorson. Each scent was developed from the ground up, inspired by the natural, cultural, and emotional landscape of the Croatian coast.

Positioned within the global niche fragrance market, Éveilleur is conceived as a luxury brand with a strong emphasis on identity, storytelling, and sensory experience.

The bottle
The perfume bottle was designed as the core expression of the éveìlleur brand — a carefully considered object defined by proportion, detail, material choice, and an expressive color palette.

The frosted glass surface diffuses light, enhancing the depth of each fragrance color.
Gold typography, applied through silk-screen printing, remains subtle and precisely centered.

The gold cap acts as a signature element of the bottle. The sharply angled conical cut reflects precise craftsmanship, while the magnetic closure adds weight and control.
The diagonal form brings strength and a subtle sense of extravagance to the composition.
The dragonfly is the brand’s central signature element.
It appears consistently across the system — sculpted into the conical-cut cap, positioned at the heart of the bottle, or featured as a focal emblem on the sleeve.

Its role is not decorative, but symbolic: representing movement, lightness, and transformation, while ensuring continuity across entire product range.
The perfume box
Crafted from high-whiteness paper, the perfume box is subtle and refined, with a blind-embossed pattern that adds a tactile, sensory layer to the unboxing experience.

Inside, a custom insert made from pulp-dyed board is precisely cut to secure the bottle in place. The extra-white surface enhances the fragrance colors, allowing each scent to stand out clearly.

The sleeve is double-laminated to elevate the unboxing moment — unified on the outside, and color-matched to the fragrance on the inside.

A matte finish protects the paper while adding longevity, positioning the box as an object designed to be kept, not discarded.

Together, the packaging system supports individual expression while maintaining clarity and cohesion across the collection.

The colors
The color palette was designed to be open rather than literal — allowing each fragrance to be interpreted through mood, tone, and emotional association.

Each shade is carefully chosen to support the character of the fragrance rather than define it directly.
Gold operates as its own visual language within the éveìlleur system — expressing strength, confidence, and sophistication.

Used with restraint, it anchors the expressive color palette, adding structure, contrast, and a sense of permanence across the collection.

The art direction is shaped by the atmosphere of the Croatian coast — its energy, colors, temperament, and quiet intensity — without relying on literal or postcard-like imagery.

Rather than depicting the coast as a destination, the visual language interprets it through the lens of the brand, translating place into mood, emotion, and character.

The result is a visual universe that feels vibrant and refined, familiar yet unexpected — inviting the audience to experience the Croatian coast through éveìlleur’s own perspective, in a more intimate and layered way.

I shaped the website’s UX and UI, and curated digital content to support éveìlleur’s vibrant, inspirational, and confident expressive tone.

Éveilleur had a soft launch in Paris in July 2024, followed by the official website release in October 2024.
Since then, the brand has expanded its presence to niche perfumeries across Europe, Canada, and the United States — moving forward with the bold strength of its symbol — the dragonfly.
